We produce wholesome foods from scratch using the best quality ingredients we can source. Many of the ingredients in our entrees, soups, salads and baked goods are local and/or organic.
Our baked goods are made the old fashioned way and include many whole grain options. We use local butter and organic eggs and our flour is milled locally.
Our cheese case is stocked with fine cheeses, mostly from Wisconsin.
In our recipes and for sale in the case we have cage free vegetarian fed chickens. Our deli turkey is all natural. No poultry we sell is fed antibiotics or given steroids.
We use Greek extra virgin olive oil for our salads and dressings. We get our olive oil and Klamata olives from Paleon, a Wisconsin family owned company that sources these items from family orchards in Greece.
A variety of fresh meats are available at our Richmond Street location including fresh grass-fed beef and naturally raised pork from Neiman Ranch, which uses heritage breeds that see significant time in pasture.
Our cooler is stocked with local beer from Wisconsin micro breweries: Stone Arch, Central Waters, New Glarus and Oso.
We offer wines from the US, Europe and South America.
We serve authentic Spanish Tapas at both locations.
